This was an interesting take on an old classic. Not sure if he's being facetious or serious, but it's interesting.

Wow!
I LOL'd!
-
I'd say half-serious, but still with tongue in cheek. Funny; probably intentionally overwrought, but it makes a good point.

PROBABLY tongue-in-cheek. I know there are some libertarians who would argue that wholeheartedly- even aside from the contrarian nature most libertarians possess.
But,it made me lol, too.

I will never be able to watch this movie again.

I will never be able to watch this movie again.
Still my favorite Christmas movie. (Although Die Hard is a close second.)
-
Mine is Silent Night, Deadly Night.
A feel-good blood fest romp if ever there was one.

Loved this page. Read "Negan as Gov" Knew I didn't like him.

Have not seen the linked video, but IAWL is my favorite Christmas movie.

A lot of good points.

OK, finally reading the linked article in the OP. It is only funny or interesting if one misconstrues the themes and gets the factual bits as wrong as the article's author
I hope it was satire. Were it otherwise, it would be a fine example of spergitarian damnfoolery.
==================
1. The author gets it wrong off the bat. Bailey Building and Loan is a co-op. Those taking loans are also investors & so forth. It _is_ being run for the benefit of the investors and those who hold a majority of the shares. Pretty much guts the argument from the get-go.

2. Potter's slum manager speaks of the numbers of folks leaving Potter's housing and eventually going to work for Bailey.
And so forth.

If you have to resort to lawyer-type arguments to prove a moral point, you are likely on the losing end already. When he started arguing that Potter was not wrong in keeping the $8000 he went way out in left field. IMO, it sounded like a dishonest liar trying to find a way to justify theft which it was.
