Title: Christmas baking
Post by: Iain on December 18, 2006, 09:24:54 AM
Decided to do some baking for the family this year rather than spend money on tat around the edges. I'm thinking things like a stollen (have a recipe for that) and christmas-y biscuits. The sort of thing that could be put in a box and wrapped, but I'm not averse to anything that might need to live in the freezer or is a little liquid (not baking, but homemade mulled wine for re-heating might go down well)

Anyone have any secret family recipes they wish to share? I know there is a wealth of information and some good cooks on this forum.
