Nice.......perhaps we should start a fund to buy it. Think of all the toys we could buy from Hk, Colt, etc as an export customer  grin .

1,800-square-foot

A bit pricey for a "country" the size of a house.  I think I'll pass.

Pricey and in desperate need of a full paintjob.  But imagine the shooting range you could set up!

Awesome vacation house.

Pretty darn zombie-proof, too.

North Sea, huh?

I'll give 'em a hundred bucks for it.

Contrarians, more like.

As a fixer-upper, I'm sure a lower price could be gotten.  You can pretty much tilt the platform into the sea.  It's the pillars that make it such valuable real estate-assuming they're still in good shape.

Hmmmm...think there'd be much objection to a coup d'etat?   grin

People have tried it. Then "King Roy" came back with a Helicopter, a few willing subjects and a big stack of guns. He doesn't even like fishing boats near it, now, apparently. Some people have no sense of humour...

Personally, I'm going to wait for the hollowed-out volcano with the monorail system. Once I've dressed the flying monkeys in yellow jumpsuits and white hardhats, only an army of ninjas could possibly stop me!  grin

Actually, that old platform is quite close to my current lair. If you can all scrape together the "eight figure sum" for it, why, I'd be more than happy to row over there and make a bid for you.

Send the big pile of cash (in used notes) to Bob Flyingmonkey, care of Mr. L. C. Denom...  angel
