Speculation is that they made it a Hillary first, then modified it when Trump won. Having that idea already planted in my head, it looks kinda like that's the case. Otherwise somebody else said it looked like a retarded sculptor tried to do a Lloyd Bridges version of Trump, which kinda fits too.
