Here's one where, given the information, I'm 100% on the side of the cops. Holy hell. Apparently in San Francisco, cops can't shoot someone if they're "unarmed"*. In this case (video below) an "unarmed" car thief runs over one of the cops. You don't see it distinctly, but you can tell the car hit a "speed bump".
In the meantime, if my ears don't deceive me, it sounds like some woman in the background is giving the cops a hard time for detaining the suspect that didn't get away, who it appears was fighting the cops before he's grounded.

* Quotes because AFAIC, a car can be a weapon.

Gee, doesn't that bring up the question of what does "armed" mean... and in turn, what does "arms" mean, and in turn, what does "keep" mean, and, further, what does "bear" mean (stupid remarks about bear's arms not welcome), and in turn, what does "infringed" mean, and yet more, what does "right" mean?
You sure you want to broach that subject?
I'm not signing this one so nobody will know who posted it. >:D

Can we discuss keeping bears ??

Well, I'm glad that's out of the way. An exclusion I forgot to mention. And, no doubt, knowing this crowd, not the last one. Something about "beer" arms is bound to come up too... right? Come on, you know you want to...

It's Frisco, so it's expected.

Are there bears in San Francisco? I know there are "bears" there, but they are mostly harmless.
