Apparently now not only are the Russian meddling in our affairs, it's also now the Japanese. lol And they are solely responsible for Franken's resignation, and absolutely nothing to do with what he did and getting caught up into the #metooooooo!!!1! movement.

No one is responsible for his one's own actions.  Everything is the fault of someone else.
