Over the years, my workplace has been primarily filled with middle-aged women who have had children, and the stress incontinence that goes with it.  I do a lot of mouth breathing.

It's because if you don't burn/utilize the protein, your body will dump the excess.
Especially women, they don't process protein as fast as men.
