I had not heard or read about this incident. I stumbled across this article by accident.

So ... college campus, four people shot and injured. Apparently an argument between two groups of people.

Nope, too many guns, not enough people by a single gunman, according the the FBI and others. For any Bloomberg group, yes.
The United States’ Congressional Research Service acknowledges that there is not a broadly accepted definition and defines a “public mass shooting” as an event where someone selects four or more people and kills them in an indiscriminate manner, echoing the FBI’s definition of the term "mass murder
