Title: Refrigerator help
Post by: Bob F. on May 10, 2020, 11:27:02 AM
My Samsung French Door refrigerator is flashing an error message: "E"  on the fridge temp and "33" on the freezer temp. Actual tempts are fine. Tried unplugging for a few minutes, no change. The owners manual is useless for this. It's 4 years old. I can supply model # and all if anyone can help.

Thanks,
Bob

Get me a model number I'll see if there is a workaround since you don't use it.

Moral of the story, don't buy Samsung washers, dryers, or refrigerators. Not the best Sumsung products made.

Yeah, Mike, Samsung should stick to phones, maybe. None of the new appliances (or anything else) lasts like the old stuff; "planned obsolescence".

Samsung home appliances are generally below the standards of planned obsolescence.

Generally good design, but poor execution.
