Man, I love that kind of stuff.
Totally geeking out over all the sci-fi stuff from my youth that is actuall real now.
I am a little sad that the flying car is not ubiquitous yet.

I have very little trust in most people's driving abilities in two dimensions let alone three

I built a flying car once. Not enough downforce for the bump on the big end. Let's just say the driver wasn't impressed once the safety safari got him pried out of the upside down car.

If you look close at race cars you might see an upside down *expletive deleted*it happens sticker. There is a reason for that.

At least NH is ready for flying cars.

So was that a leak of some kind above the nozzle or just some material catching fire for a minute or so?

Doesn't progress and it seems to be blown out by the reflected exhaust at landing.

Later on in the video, the narrator conjectures that it was some surface contaminants (cleaning solvents or hydraulic fluid) that briefly caught fire.
