You just have to wonder how much the PRC Government explicitly or implicitly supports this. I wonder if this is payback for the Opium Wars.

This is timely to me, since at my patient safety committee meeting just this morning, I got approval of my proposal to increase the number of Narcan doses in my crash carts.  We are moving from two doses to four doses.  We are seeing higher numbers of people with greater opioid tolerance and/or use of Fentanyl that are overdosing at my clinics.  We would like to be able to keep them alive pending the arrival of EMS.

Don't try too hard to keep them alive.  You'll save money and we will all be better off.
