Title: SCOTUS asked to rule on NY concealed carry

The NY State Rifle and Pistol Assn and the NRA have petitioned SCOTUS for cert on a case challenging the NY requirement to prove a special need for a concealed carry license.

This case should be a slam dunk. It will be interesting to see if the SCOTUS will grant cert, or duck the issue (again).
