Is Justin dead?  I hadn't heard that.  I loved watching his cooking show on TV.

I understand the Trinity thing, and that it's the foundation for a lot of Cajun dishes.

I just can't stand celery in any way, shape, or form.  sad

Justin E. Wilson (April 24, 1914 - September 5, 2001) was a southern American chef and humorist known for his brand of Cajun cuisine-inspired cooking and humor. He was a self-styled "raconteur extraordinaire and goodwill ambassador of the Louisiana Cajun."

Yeah?

I did corned beef in the crock pot for dinner this evening.

Instead of boiled cabbage, I had homemade sauerkraut with it.

I forsee many Ruben sandwiches in my near future...
