I'm in de process o' whuppin' up a big ol' batch of dirty rice for the freezer...
And I'm using chorizo sausage and thai hot sauce. I be multicultural!

Is Justin dead? I hadn't heard that. I loved watching his cooking show on TV.
I understand the Trinity thing, and that it's the foundation for a lot of Cajun dishes.
I just can't stand celery in any way, shape, or form.

I did corned beef in the crock pot for dinner this evening.
Instead of boiled cabbage, I had homemade sauerkraut with it.
I forsee many Ruben sandwiches in my near future...
