71-72 story skyscraper in China started shaking for unknown reasons Tues and the govt said all is well. But it's now done it 3 times so not all is well. Note the pool at the 0:09 mark in the below video.
I wouldn't go within half a mile of that thing.

Some speculation the rushed construction and the confused changing on the fly building instructions has something to do with it.

Wind tends to come in waves, much like oceanic stuff... Not a steady force. I wonder if they managed to hit a common variable?

Personally, I think it's wise to just stay out of tall buildings -- especially if they were built after about 1950.
