If you said "Tactical Body Armor" you would be 100% possibly right, especially if you are a journalist or a police spokesman.
I always envisioned tactical body armor a little differently. I guess I had better do a better inventory of my gear. ;)

Pretty sure that's the non-tactical body armor.

Those are rubber bullets that police use on mostly peaceful protestors.

I'm more bothered by the canteen facing down, tbh. There are some things that simply aren't done.
Good on the cops for not ventilating her, and talking her down instead.
