Who is Number One?

Did they ever reveal Number Six's name actually was John Drake as the fans of the show thought - or perhaps hoped?

First encountered that show a couple of years ago, and watched a couple of episodes. The balls were the strangest part of a strange show.

I used to watch that show when it was on the teevee for its first run, but I never understood it.

Nobody understood that show

I did, but I was smoking plane loads of good weed.
Now that I have not had any weed or drinks in 27 years, I can't recall what I understood.
Except of course, they told number six that he was number one ... I think they were smoking the good weed too

I like how the YT video claims the "balls are running amok" .... balls NEVER run amok, they ROLL

I have always wondered about that. Is running amok akin to running rampant? Or do you need a license before you can run amok? What -- exactly -- is a mok?

Amok Time was one of the finest original series Star Trek episodes.

I've always considered Arena to be my favorite.

Kirk fights a giant space crocodile.

Everyone know that the Spock's stolen brain episode is the bestest!!!!  =D

Actually I don't think that was even the worst one. It was I think the last episode of the series, where Kirk becomes a woman.

Amok Time was one of the finest original series Star Trek episodes.
It was the description of that episode in the TV guide that made it the best - "Spock's Vulcan sex drive kicks in and he goes after Kirk"    =D
