chicken corn soup weather.

Going to whip up a batch starting tomorrow and will finish it Sunday.

Sunday dinner and lunches for the following week.

Boiled 8 or so chicken legs and some left over thigh bones for about 8 hours to make the base stock.

I used one onion... I should have used two. It's kind of thin tasting.

Not the best I've ever made, but not bad.

Oddly enough, even after 8 hours of simmering, the chicken legs didn't give up enough gelatin to give me a solid stock when it was cooled.
