Has anyone here heard of or used these? I'd be interested in opinions.

These would be for "emergency" use in lieu of regular chains. One of the fishing spots I want to hit next month doesn't really require 4X to get to, so I was thinking of taking my 2WD F-250 with limited slip instead of my 4WD. This place is above 10K feet in the Sierra, so the chance for snow/slush ice is always there that time of year.
These look like they're used by off-roaders as well. I'd just like to hear some real world opinions of them before I think about plunking down dough.
