Mom visited a couple days ago. She cought me and the kittuhs lounging in our usual at-rest positions. The big one is Boomer, the little one is Mini. Yes, Mini is curled up like a baby in my arm. If I try to move her she growls at me. She's seven pounds of attitude in a fur coat. Boomer? Well, he's just Boomer. Not too bright, but a loveable ball of fuzz anyway.

Nice legs.

What are you half man/half gizzly bear? You're almost as furry as the felines.

Nice legs.
Those aren't his legs, he's wearing hair pants!

Guess I'd best never post up similar pics of myownself here. Rough crowd.
Nice kitties. Boomer looks like my largest Kahless. 19 solid pounds of neurosis and phobia.
-
Hell, my white legs would probably reflect too much in the flash.

I guess I'll never show mine here, then--they make his look like those of an Olympic swimmer.
-
Very nice picture.

That looks like me when "my" cat lays down for his nap. Riley, a Manx, has cattitude. He likes to curl up against my (also hairy) leg, and if the leg isn't positioned correctly he pokes and claws at it until it suits him. We get along just fine.
-
I so wish I wasn't allergic to kitties.

I have about 7 or 8 cats.....sort of.
The neighbors had one cat that came with the house and it got friendly with another cat, so you know whats next. They hang around here a lot and I don't mind at all.
They are semi-feral (takes quite a bit of coaxing with food to get them to come to you) and they are pretty good mousers. Living out here in the swamp, we have a lot of field mice.

Nice looking cats. I have two myself, Max and Eightball. When Max was a kitten I would wake up to find him sleeping across my neck. My third cat Woody (who was adopted) died last May.

Since I was the first to joke about Brad's shapely legs, I want to make clear that I was simply teasing him for wearing short pants. I have a policy of ridiculing any grown man who wears short pants.

What is wrong with a grown man wearing short pants? When hiking about on the trails in the summer, they are a darn sight more comfortable than jeans or even BDUs. Heck, I'm wearing running shorts as I type this, since the house is still warm from the days sunshine. Maybe you're just jealous that you don't have legs worthy of short pants.
-
Why do you find them more comfortable?

Why do you find them more comfortable?
Simple. Hiking in the hills is an aerobic activity, generates lots of heat. Most of that heat is generated in the muscles doing most of the work hauling me up the hills, namely the muscles of the legs. So shorts allow the cool mountain breezes to carry away the the excess heat that would otherwise be trapped by long pants.
Same for the straw pith helmet I hear. Keeps the sun off the noggin while allowing the breeze to wick heat off the scalp.
So ridicule away if it brings joy to your heart. Making others laugh aids my Karmic balance. <Big Evil Grin>

Just be glad I was wearing something...

You don't want to wear nothing having cats on you !
And why would your mum take a picture of you naked with animals
