Nitrogenated?
Coffee already has a high acid content. Carbonating it would increase that, likely to the point it was undrinkable by many. Not sure about nitrogenating it.

It sounds like it may be more drinkable than regular coffee:
the creamy, easy-to-drink quality the nitrogen brings. Translation: It goes down much faster than a typical cup of Joe
Dunno. I guess I won't know for sure until I try it for myself.

I never made it into DC to try this at the first place to offer nitro coffee, but a local coffee shop here in Manassas has recently started offering it, so I was able to get my fix without entering DC.
It's good. It imparts a creamy and silky mouthfeel (shaddup pervs!). I highly recommend it to any coffee nut who likes iced coffee.

I was thinking I'd try it on my next trip down to Main State, but it's just a little too far to schlep.

I often add some club soda/seltzer to various juices to add a little pétillance to them.
Being a coffeehound, whose motto is "coffee ain't coffee unless you can chew it," I wouldn't mind trying that, but I wouldn't travel too far to test it. Certainly not to DC.
Or Denver, for that matter.
I'll wait till the fad hits the Golden CO area.

The one in Manassas is in "Old Town Manassas", just off Rt28. It's called Grounds Central Station and is on Main Street.
I often add some club soda/seltzer to various juices to add a little pétillance to them.
I wouldn't mind trying that, but I wouldn't travel too far to test it. Certainly not to DC.
Same here, which is why I waited until it came to my town.

Always seeking new "thrills," I guess. Some guys up in Boulder CO came up with the idea of marketing caffiene-infused soap, so you could get your coffee jag on while taking your morning shower.
Don't know how that worked out, but I'm surprised nobody tried mixing pot with soap by now, since it's halfway (Statewise-only) legal now.
Just for grins and the sake of wisdom-seeking, I just mixed some club soda with half a cup of coffee.
Different, but not "better," and slightly worse. Slightly more bitter, I guess. Threw the half-and-half cup of reactants out.
Only a half-assed inconclusive experiment, and my taste buds are probably highly habituated to plain old strong coffee.
Science marches on.

Nitro charging isn't the same as CO2. Different effect and flavor.

Well, I said it was a half-assed experiment. There were several references to CO2 charging as well.
At least I could reject the null hypothesis that there was no difference between coffee and coffee + H2CO3 in the sample of N=1 (me) at that concentration.
