While perusing the FB post about this on Corriea's page I found a set of comments from someone who claims to know the owner of this particular Franken gun and also hints that it works.

So, there's that tidbit.

Some sort of demilled soviet block SMG grafted onto some sort of low end autoloader shotgun.
Looks like a fun project.
