Is there some contest going on that I don't know about for other states to try and outdo California? Because I sure have seen some wackiness from some unexpected states, mainly in the South.  ???

The upstate hates his guts. Its the Old Money and Episcopalians in the Low Country that keep electing his retarded ass. Which is funny, considering he comes from Pickens County which is as Scots-Irish as they come.

 Next time we talk, Dave, remind me to tell you about the why the Low Country and the Upstate don't get along.
