Title: Chelsea Manning loses his appeal.

He claimed the 1st Amd. gave him the right to release classified material. (http://reason.com/volokh/2018/06/01/chelsea-manning-loses-wikileaks-first-am)

The appeals court found otherwise.

So while he has his freedom he's still a convicted felon.

I feel dumber for having watched it almost to the end. (Yes, although it was only about a minute, I couldn't stay with it until the end.)
