Title: Prosecuting Illegals for identity Theft
Post by: Ben on March 19, 2019, 09:34:59 AM
As someone who's SSN was taken some years back by a guy named Juan, and had the state of CA say, "So what?", I will say this can't come soon enough. To be clear, the feds can already do it, but if this goes through, it could be prosecuted at the state level, and that's where most of the illegal alien dealings really seem to take place. Though sadly, I'm sure at least several states will set themselves up as "false identity sanctuary" states.

Prosecuting someone for doing something illegal while illegal? What a racial idea!

Great idea. The feds have proven to be unreliable and subject to political whims.
