Mob of teens running around causing trouble in Chicago
And it's not even summer yet. I fear they're going to ramp this up.

Good one that. IIRC it was a problem cured with petrol fueled trench fire and a 9mm uzi or some such full auto.
The Chicago wildings are a real problem but largely underreported due to the cozy relationship between local news media and city administration and the importance of tourism dollars.
