Which is a good thing, as more and more states are moving toward joint custody and equal time with the kids in divorces. Judges are looking at the shrieking harpies with a jaundice eye when it comes to "bad parenting" accusations. Iit has been refreshing to watch it first hand.

Automatically give divorced dads 50% physical custody of the kids, and no child support assigned for either parent.
Then see the divorce rate drop, as women decide that being married to their husband isn't so horrible after all.

Considering that many more homes these days have both parents working, that isn't so bad a plan.
