The density of tastebuds is low so you'll want very intense flavors.  I recommend a paste of artificial sweetener, or if that fails extremely hot peppers.  Something in the million+ SHU range should suffice.  Be sure to apply a liberal coat over everything to give the best opportunity for success.

Also I hear that live piranhas have a very subtle, but interesting and piquant flavor.

Yee. I just read some. Used to use this stuff at work, was warned to ‘not get any of this stuff on you, its a transdermal agent which will carry anything on you directly into your bloodstream.’
People are apparantly mixing it with all kinds of crap and painting themselves with it :facepalm:
