Well then, can we use the prostate as a marker? How about the vagina? Testicles?
This whole idea of "you must address me as how I identify" is complete bull skat.

If I'm looking for a female/woman/non-male/never been a male/isn't now a male or configured as a male, a "yes" answer will result in their immediate rejection from the pool.

Birthing people might cover it. I don't think they have managed to sex change a male to the point of conception. Either way, just more word salad trying to normalize sex change.
