While intended for kung flu, but it looks like it's vague enough that they can us it for any health crisis.

It may be a little tin foil hat, but it wouldn't surprise me if this passed they might try and use it for the 'national health crisis' of guns.

I heard about this and it sounded like the time they can hold you is not defined.  Just whenever some doctor decides. 

Even reading it with normal intentions it is scary.

The state has created room in jails for these public health violators...... by emptying prisons of convicted felons, emptying them in the name of public health.....

It is the essential function of any government to progressively limit freedoms.

You call them "lawmakers" and guess what?

They make laws.
