Was it the original or the plastic remake that Olympic Arms put out? While the original was generally good quality the OA version was a steaming pile of ....

It was the original metal one.
I've never seen or held an Oly Arms remake version.

That's a beautiful gun. I looked for an original for years and could never find a decent example. If I ran across the one pictured I would sell my kids for it!

Had one come through the gun store I worked at back in the 1990s. IIRC it was $550 or so and I thought that was outrageous.
