However, consider the source.

They tout the author as a constitutional lawyer, but I've never heard of him so I can't vouch for him.

It’s been pretty obvious since the beginning. The government’s actions never surprised me, the real sickening part would be the way people I used to think of as my fellow citizens have acted.
