Yeah they all look line winners.
If I had to rely on bagged store bought gnocchi I'd probably skip them, but the instant potato flake recipe is a real winner or something like this.

Those are fondant potatoes with a different name. Yes, they are yummy.

Different ingredients than any fondant potato recipe I've ever seen, too.
I've always made my fondant potatoes with chicken stock and no cheese or cream.

Yesterday sliced Italian sausage and precooked a bit. Added, gnocchi, grape tomatoes, sliced mushrooms. Cooked as directed above and topped with some shredded cheese. Pretty good!

I want to try them all, but I think I'm going to try the shrimp scampi first. Love me some shrimp scampi and with gnocchi, it can only be better.
