Wow, talk about tone deaf. You already have a giant chunk of your transportation infrastructure mad at you, plus a whole bunch of supportive citizens there to back them up, then you start ticketing those who assist them. Hope you like not having fuel at the pump or food in the store for a while because that's what you pretty much just guaranteed.

I also heard the new donation website was up to $4 million or more after GoFundMe shut them down last week.

This thing isn't letting up. The Canadians apparently have had enough. Saw some footage of the jackboots, some of the truckers getting interviewed and then footage of the news propaganda.
I also heard there is an American truck convoy that will run from Cali to DC in the beginning of March.

Watched TV tonight and Tucker reports that they are looking into reports that the Governor of Michigan is offering assistance in the form of heavy equipment to remove the trucks. It hasn't been confirmed as of yet.

Kind of wonder what kind of luck they'll have getting operators for that heavy equipment?
They haven't had much luck with tow truck operators.

I know Canadians have a reputation for being super nice and all, but if this bs keeps up they’ll wind up confiscating a jerry can with something other than diesel/gasoline inside.

The fascism in North America was cranked up to 11 really starting with the first Bush. It was always true but the mask came off and they stopped trying to hide the reality. They just rebranded it as "freedom".
Fascism = the merger of government and corporations/industry in running the country.

It probably started before that, but was less apparent. Regulatory agencies have been removing impediments to big corporations for decades. Big corporate mergers were approved more easily. Single corporations were allowed to buy up more radio and TV stations to pick one industry. I think that has been happening since the 80's.
I also might adjust your definition to say BIG GOVT and BIG Corporations/Industry. Small businesses generally get shut down or taken over.
