Walking through my local grocery today and went down part of the bread aisle I normally don't and happened upon...

Thomas' Toast-R-Cake Corn Muffins...

I've not seen them since my Mom used to buy them in the 1970s. She also used to buy the blueberry corn Toast-R-Cakes, but apparently those are discontinued.

Bought a package and just had one. Wow. Talk about memory flashbacks.

My wife loves those.  They don't sell them in Ohio, so we usually bring a couple of packs home when we visit tge in-laws.
