Lehto's 2nd video today addressed a case we have talked about before. A man in Wichita was shot by police after they surrounded his house in response to a fake 911 call from Los Angeles. This was one where the cop thought the guy was reaching for "something".
Looks like the family sued the cop who shot the victim. The lawsuit is still alive and has survived review. Hasn't gone before a jury yet.
