Title: Sig Sauer vs. BATFEIEIO ... anything new?

Back in 2014, Sig offered an MPX with possibly the most ridiculous muzzle brake I've ever seen:

F-troop said "That's no moon muzzle brake ... that's a space station silencer"  Sig Sauer sued them ... and I haven't heard of any resolution to the case.

Online search hasn't turned up anything since 2014.  Did Sig drop the lawsuit?  Still on hold?
