I don't think I've ever, ever sat through one. Longest was a few minutes of one of Nixon's, where he promised to cure cancer.
I don't have the patience to sit through political speachifying, even by folks I like. 0bama, Clinton, I'd shut them off in seconds, as soon as I recognize the voice.
(I did watch Bush, Jr. for a while once. It was unusual, him behind a desk talking about something. And I thought it was so creepy, like someone else was talking through his face. And I did watch Joe's Reichstag Fire speech (https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/bidens-reichstag-blunder/ar-AA11qdP9). Slowly, in brief chunks.)

Someone suggested he should blow up a balloon and pop it at the end, but he allegedly demurred, saying "The Secret Service wouldn't like it."
Biden will tell us all how peachy keen things have become on his watch and we all should be grateful, which will be about as convincing as him saying its possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
If he mentions the border, it will be to brag about how he "fixed" the horrible mess the last administration left it in.
If he mentions the economy, it will be to brag about how he's brought down inflation and gas prices.
I'll be astonished if he doesn't take some swipes at MAGA.
The media will gush over him. All the more so if he manages not to stumble too badly and doesn't wet or soil himself.
In short, he'll demonstrate that when it comes to lying, he's the master and Santos is a rank amateur.
