Pretzel roll from the expensive store
Precooked frozen sausage patty from Aldi
Pepper cheese slice, also from Aldi
Egg optional
Slice the roll, insert sausage patty, with half the cheese slide on top, the other half on bottom.
Wrap in aluminum foil, and freeze.
Remove from freezer night before work, keep in fridge, take to work in coat pocket. Unwrap and put in nukerwave on paper plate while doing my morning store wander. I figure somewhere between 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy while going over the paperwork.
