Title: NPR and Elon
Post by: Ben on April 07, 2023, 11:16:47 AM
NPR is upset that Twitter labels them "state run news". Here is their latest reply to it:

If they are an "independent news organization", then why am I paying for them? Seriously - NPR and PBS need to get kicked off the gov coffers. They can publish nonsense all they want, but they can't be Pravda with taxpayers paying them. If they published pro-Trump stuff, Congress would have eliminated them like a bad case of diarrhea. Republicans always talk a good game, but always wimp out.

^^^

That is one of the greatest things about Elon buying twitter. All these nancys make a big show about leaving, and Elon doesn't give a *expletive deleted*it.

Plus most of them end up not leaving or else coming back.
