His position is basically 'she didn't do anything wrong but we were forced to send her to jail errr.. I mean assessment area.... charge her with a felony and suspend her for 10 days.  It's the rules and we have to obey them, oh well'

So from what I gather if you could be construed as a "troubled child" then they would prefer you choke to death on your lunch rather than
use a steak knife to ... OMG *gasp* cut a steak with it. 
I've always wondered why they call them steak knives, and not just assault knives.  I mean most have black plastic handles ergo evil assault knife.

I suppose if it had a wooden handle then it would just be a hunting knife. :p
