One finds the strangest things on other forums....
« on: February 05, 2008, 02:01:20 PM »
OK, I've read & enjoyed crossover stories about the crew of Moya meeting the SG-1 team, an irreverent Time Lord visiting the last of the Babylon stations, and even Arthur King of the Britons and his encounter with a certain novice Sith Lord, but this just goes too far...

That looks so awesome.   grin

I can't wait for a M:TG crossover with He-man and GI Joe.

That old show never tried to be anything but braindead fluff to snicker at.

Star Trek was people in pajamas trying to pretend to be cerebral in the setting of an unworkable, homogenized socialism, thus it was laughable.

Oh, believe me I dislike ST as much as the next guy. But to be putting on airs about it after the little hissy fit in the other thread.......

I remember reading some of the star trek crossover fiction on usenet back in the 80's and 90's.
the star trek/Dr Who and Trek/Quantum Leap ones were some of the best.

The first ST series was and still is the only one worth watching, well, except for 7 of 9, but that's another thing.  grin

I wonder how Shatner would look in his "pajamas" these days?  laugh

IMO, just count your blessings there's no Furries in the story, and move along...  undecided

If you have a warped sense of humor and are not easily offended, and are willing to pay the $5 admission fee...  The somethingawful forums can find you some pretty strange stuff.  Scary strange.  grin
