Being on an actual IT Helpdesk, customers should quit bitching at me for something the server/field/DB/unix/whatever team did. I don't and cannot control them. Cussing at me does nothing but get notes made in your account and/or hung up on.
And "I'm computer stupid" is no longer a valid excuse. You use it in your job, you are not computer stupid, you are wilfully ignorant.
