Looks like there is something to this one, unlike Haditha and a few other pseudo-crimes.
If they can prove it occurred, which looks increasingly likely, here's hoping for punishments commensurate with the crimes.

VILSECK, Germany (AP) - A U.S. military judge says a soldier who pleaded guilty to involvement in the slaying of four bound and blindfolded Iraqis will be jailed for seven months and dishonorably discharged from the Army.
Spc. Belmor Ramos, 23, had faced a possible sentence of life in prison for conspiracy to commit murder but worked out a plea agreement.
He has agreed to testify against other soldiers alleged to be involved in the killing of the Iraqis whose bodies were dumped in a Baghdad canal.
Ramos confessed to standing guard as the prisoners were killed.
Judge Lt. Col. Edward O'Brien says he would have sentenced Ramos to 40-years in prison if he had not worked out the plea deal.
Three other soldiers in the unit were charged Tuesday with premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit premeditated murder and obstruction of justice.
