Today was an important milestone.

Ah, a day I have waited for for many years.

A day to go down in history.

My Daughter's first trip to the school nurse.

I'm so proud.

It seems that the feet didn't keep up with the upper torso.  Fortunately, her face was there to break the fall.

Beautiful red marks.  A few scratches.

I'm so proud.

This is not her first fall, but it's the first phone call from school.

I used to teach in some summers in college, and some of the reasons for going to the nurse were amusing.

One kid was rather ill, and when the other kids were asked if they knew anything, one matter-of-factly said that they'd eaten too many crayons.
