It's because we still don't have a full database for APS, and that means that the server can't be completely configured.

Get yourself a free photobucket or picturetrail account.

Hell, your ISP probably provides you with 10megs or more of free web server space.  Every ISP I've had does.  That's where I put all my pics for forums like this.
