Wow! I don’t even know what to say to this sort of response. I’m going to forward it to the rest of the family so they can see what is being done, nationwide!
I already have two more boxes stuffed to the very brim and more in the donation box here at work. Figure I’ll send a box once a week or so and see how that goes, could end up being a couple a week if people continue to respond as they have been!
We are truly blessed, not only in a son that has chosen such an honorable career, but by the many, many persons that are supporting – whether in items they are sending or the prayers warriors that are upholding them spiritually!
Please, extend my very, deepest thanks and gratitude to these wonderful people. As Walter and I were discussing, we refuse to let another Vietnam type reception take place! This does help with easing the deep pain that having a child fighting overseas leaves in a mother’s heart!
