Printer / computer problem

I set my printer to landscape the other day and I can not get it to switch back for more than the current print job.
Any ideas?

win xp, hp laser printer.
I needed a mod to change my signature because the concept of "family friendly" eludes me.
Just noticed that a mod changed my signature. How long ago was that?

From the Start menu, find Control_Panel->Printers_and_Faxes and click on it to bring up your list of printers.  Find the offending printer and right-click on it, and select "Printing Preferences".  Select portrait, single-sided, drawer-1, etc (whatever you want for default settings) and click the OK button.

The preferences are set correctly.
This problem seems to only happen in firefox. Everything else is defaulting to the right way.
I tried closing and restarting the browser to no avail.
I needed a mod to change my signature because the concept of "family friendly" eludes me.
Just noticed that a mod changed my signature. How long ago was that?

OK, that's easier, open Firefox and click File->Page_Setup and select "Portrait".
