If anyone is interested, I picked up Photochop Elements 8 at Office Max today. It's on promo for $69.95 (regular $99.95). No idea how long it will last. The price is posted on the web site so I presume it's nationwide.
Played with it a little this afternoon. The filters are WAY better than the v2 I've been using for a couple years.
