Is there a running tally of how much money Obama is spending?

I haven't been able to find anything complete. I keeping ending up back at the $3.6 trillion budget with a very limited breakdown of the money.

Roughly $10 Billion per day.

Of that, $3.8 Billion is money we don't have. That's $12.20 every day for every man woman and child in the United States.(that we don't have.)

Another way to look at it: The US government is spending $115,741 per second. Of that, $43,981 that we don't have.
