It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Numrich just responded to my e-mail.

There isn't as much there as before, but there are a couple of little .22 barrels in the $10 range.

Poke around. The barrel blanks are arranged by caliber, and this group only goes up to .25 caliber. There are others, up to at least .45.

Man. This gives me the urge to build a remote control scale model of the HMS Victory. Load the cannons, drive out onto the pond, pull up along side another model boat and broadside it.

I can't believe it!  My brother and I used to sail model sailboats in Kissena Park Lake when I was a kid, and something similar to this was a seekrit eevill dream of mine.

But the only radio control at the time (~1948-1950) was very primitive, and control was only with sequential pulses --first one kicked rudder right, second one neutral, third one left, fourth one back to neutral, at least for the aircraft RC models.  There was no second channel to have any fun with.  Like releasing model bombs or setting off model cannons.

I can't believe others have had that same seekrit eevill dream.  >:D

WHATEVER YOUR DEFINITION OF "INFRINGE " IS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.

Pfft. Tech was better back then, hell, Tesla had a proper RC boat decades prior. ;)

You're going to need this to fit the flash holes of most of these micro-cannons. Even 1/16" fuse is too thick to fit in most of them.

I promise not to duck.
